Is there a place that's lists the criteria or method for determining who plays in the championship game?

All you need to know is Oregon is in. If Ohio State wins they are in based on head to head VS. us and Indiana. If Michigan wins and we win- we are in based on the conference win percentage of our opponents next to Indiana.

Indiana can only get in if both Ohio State and Penn State lose.
