Birds stop KC short of the LOS, leaving third and 8 (or a bit more). Birds call TO.

On 3rd down ...

incomplete, but a flag is on the field downfield ...

holding Bradberry, and it's an automatic 1st down.

On review, that's a terrible call (IMHO)

Wow. Don't have a rooting interest in the game, so can offer an unbiased opinion:

That was a TERRIBLE call on defensive holding! Let them play, that was incidental and Kansas City is not the Duke basketball team, who get fouls called on the other team when the other team breathes near them.

Granted, the Chiefs would likely have gotten 3 anyway and there is no guarantee that the Eagles would have scored to tie or win it, but they deserved to have more than 4 seconds left to try.

Was just enjoying the 2 best teams going punch for punch with one another, and now what a terrible way to ruin an otherwise GREAT game.🤷‍♂️

Sorry guys I’ve experienced this painful situation many times. Chiefs always find a way.

Classic Philly ending, gang. The Birds made the game’s one mistake and despite dominating for much of the game, that cost them.

That holding call will be discussed for ages. Oh well.
That wasn’t the Birds only mistake. Too many list. hurts, punt returns etc etc etc

Irregardless of the holding call, the Chiefs would have still gone ahead and the Eagles would have needed to either get a FG or TD. No guarantees.

Final: 38-35, Chiefs.

Entertaining game, but as a Birds fan, the outcome sucked.

Surprised it was that close. Good job eagles. Thought chiefs would kill them but Mahomes was immobile for most of game.

The NFL needs to put in place a way to overturn lousy official calls during a game.

They spend forever micromanaging the slightest details of a catch/ no catch or fumble but then allow horrible game changing official calls go unchallenged.

Just a terrible, horrific call. And y'all know I'm a Cowboys fan.

Somebody upstairs wants KC to win. First Cincy, and now this. Bad, bad calls late in the game. This one was far worse. That was defensive holding? C'mon man. Let them play!

I say do away with all the technology and replays and go back to old school football. That call doesn't happen in Super Bowl I.

It was closer than I thought. I figured the Eagles would run it down their throats
The offense made the one mistake on the fumble. It was a big one that enabled KC to stay close. But they outscored KC’s offense 35-31.

The defense didn’t really do much all night. I can’t believe this helps Gannon’s head coach cause. They didn’t really seem to adjust as the game went on.

IMO that was a bad call that determined the outcome. It looked to me like the defender reached his arm around the back but didn't actually hold.

That aside, the game was determined on two plays. The Hurt fumble returned for a TD and the poor punt returned to the Eagles 5 yd ljne.
