The pocket sometimes collapses. It happens. But Hurts has this weird thing about dancing himself into where the pressure is coming from instead of away from it.

Hurts is generally slow and indecisive and has been for a while now. Eagles need to start planning for the future there IMO.
Huge break with Elliott fumbling into the end zone and Eagles recovering. Makes up for that Hurts int.

They’re married to him long term. Look at the voidable years on the backend of his contract. It’ll be 2027-2028 before they can even think about moving on.

I’m not saying they dump him next year but they need to start planning for his replacement rather than wait and get caught flat footed in a few years. Jalen’s decision making has been lacking for a while now. Still very talented when everything goes right, but clearly on a decline.
Birds getting a score to end the half would put a nice spin on a rather ugly performance by the Birds' O.
