Word on the Birds' radio broadcast before the game was that the ball was not carrying well for punters or FG kickers. Elliott seems to have had no issues with the ball carrying, with 2 50+-yard FGs already. I think the G-Men brought the house on that punt, so perhaps Kern was just trying to get it off quickly. Plus, he didn't get any help with the bounce, as it went backwards.
Giants score a TD, and don't convert the 2-pointer, so it's 19-9, Birds, with 10:04 (or something close to that) left in the game.
The Giants back up QB just completely ran over an Eagles DB for the touchdown. This D is not good enough to win the Super Bowl IMO.
Outside of all the sacks and early season turnovers, this defense hasn’t been all that. The stats for passer rating allowed by Slay and Bradberry are staggering between the first and second halves of the season.
Dickerson (LG) has an equipment issue, so Dillard hustled in to replace him at LG

Report that Boston Scott went in the medical tent, and then into the locker room, and the neurologist went with him, so the suspicion is that he's being evaluated for a concussion, or is in the protocol.
Eagles recover the onside kick. The Giants have used up all their TOs, so they should be able to kneel on each play, and run out the clock.
That's a relief. I didn't want to see the Giants get the ball back with Webb at the helm.

They may be. But as we’ve seen, the Eagles go through spurts of bad and killer form. They have two weeks to get everyone healthy and on the same page.
It would be foolish to assume we saw their regular offensive game plan out there today. They clearly kept Hurts from using a big part of his game and also seemed to rest Sanders.
The defense is another worry, but as Tom’s tweet showed, they played passively in terms of coverages and schemes.
