The eagles limped across the finish line in 2017. I'm not that concerned.

lol, it was mentioned at some point today on WIP that most folks forget the last game of the 2017 season, where Foles played poorly. With Wentz out for the year with the knee injury, many fans, and some of the WIP hosts, advocated after that last game that Doug should bench Foles, and move Nate Sudfeld into the starting role, as the team was about to blow their chance in the playoffs. Fortunately, Doug didn't overreact the way some of the aforementioned did.

Yeah, it’s just my gut feeling but I’m not basing it on just today.
We’ll see. The 49ers win streak has come against a bunch of weak teams. That division simply stinks. Flat out so.

Style points historically count for little come playoff time. Eagles fans learned that painfully with Andy Reid teams.

Yep,I remember it. Foles didn't break 150 yards in the last 2 games. The game prior to those, the eagles only beat a 2 win giants team by 5 (giants won a third game vs wash to end season).

Well, we'll see. The last five of those ten straight wins have come with a rookie third string QB at the helm. Contrast that with how the Birds did with Minshew at the controls.

Regardless, I hope that both teams are at full strength when they meet in the playoffs, which I think is likely to happen. The Birds are just a different team with Hurts in there at QB.

The probability geek on NBC said the Iggles have a 34% chance of winning the Super Bowl, making them a “lukewarm favorite”.

The beauty of the NFL is that you have to play the games. Win or you’re out.

Yeah, we saw that tonight with Lions vs Packers. I particularly enjoyed two former Cal QB's going up against each other. Goff has done a good job this season rallying the Lions from 1-6 to almost making the playoffs. Rodgers usually finds a way to pull out the W, but his defense let him down. That penalty on the young Packer defender who pushed a medic was just remarkably stupid.
