It made me think of the movie "Best of Times" starring Robin Williams and Kurt Russell. The movie has a funny scene where Kurt Russell is about to throw the car keys over to Robin Williams character, but stops himself mid throw, to walk the keys over and hand them directly to him, because he knew he would drop them.
