You have got to enjoy what I call the silly season. The rumor mill surrounding the summer transfer window makes anything we have on this side of the Atlantic look orderly and sedate. Soccer gets chided here as being a socialist/communist sport. In reality it's one of the last bastions of unbridled capitalism left on the planet. Arab and Russian oil money is probably about to end that.

The Dale's website has a beef jerky recipe on it, anybody tried it? Wondering if it would be better to use the low sodium or regular version? Going to have to try this before football season gets here
