You don't remember getting a delay of game after a time out? It happened more than once.
I dont remember taking a time out and then getting flagged for 14 guys on the field... some of them running on at the last second

I thought the secondary was supposed to be a strength??

It was one damn play. He has passed often out of it. Seriously, of all of our issues, this isn’t one of them.
I've seen that play for years, dating well back to the Muschamp years. UNC saw that tape too. It was one observation, not a declaration of everything wrong with the team.

Then you should know that Joyner throws often out of it.

Now the flags are coming out. With all the short passes they’ve run and no flags, we run one out into the flat and get flagged. Come on guys!

Just so many gaping holes on this team. As long as it’s like this, the seasons are going to be major ups and downs.

No running game. OL sucks and no RBs. I get the OL takes time to build / recruit, but no excuse for the RBs.

Defensively, we just have issues on the DL. No game changers.

It’s a dadgum miracle we’re only down 3.

we’ve got to figure out a way to run an off fence that can stay on the field a little bit.

I knew it. UNC knew it. I'll bet Fried Chicken knew it too.
That’s what makes it work when he throws. It’s all set up. Always has been. That’s the purpose of the play. The problem is we can’t actually run when he runs.

We’re not the only team that does this.

BUT, for the record, you better believe UNC is expecting a throw from Joyner. You forget about the bowl game where he torched their a$$?

OL is not good. Joyner can’t even get started back there. We will NEVER challenge in the SEC with OL play like that.

Penalties and dropped passes are the only thing that has stopped UNC. We haven’t come close.

Good thing is, we have a lot of adjustments to make. Hopefully we get a couple right. I’m pretty disappointed in our offense. This should be a 35-42 point game for us. We’ll have a hard time touching 30.

Our Offense and Defense Lines got beat in the first half. I'm surprised we are down only 3.
Yea - you beat me to it - I will say the D-Line played pretty decent against the run with the exception of getting pressure on the QB and the scrabbles he has had - the secondary has been scorched but without Nick E in - we knew it would struggle

When is the last time we actually had a good OL? But the UNC D is in the backfield about the time we hand off. This won't turn out good if that doesn't change and we get zero rush on the QB.

I'm screaming for him to throw it. Or rather for the staff to call it. I think we just agreed.

I enjoyed watching all of the other games today so much more than watching us. Part of it is nerves. I admit that. But just so frustrating to watch us struggle with the same stuff all the time.

I’d still say it’s more nerves. But tonight is just a reminder of how unhealthy Gamecock Football is for all of us.

Think it's going to be a couple more years before we get the O line in shape. Thus year and next year are going to be a struggle

Same. I'd rather watch two teams I have no emotional investment in. But I still pick one. ;)

With a QB as good as Maye, if you let him just sit back there we might as well just forfeit.
