Certainly didn't expect our defense to play as well as it did and the offense so poorly.
16 - 7 game was not what I expected at all.

The O-line is, and has been the glaring problem. We can’t compete against talented defensives with this line. You can’t call effective plays when the line can’t run or pass block. It’s not possible. The game was lost on the first lateral pass TD. We had to win turnovers and special teams. We were never going to beat them on the lines of scrimmage. If you thought so you were kidding yourself. Better get some experienced OL guys in the portal to help our talented in-coming guys. Fr. lineman aren’t usually physical ready to start on day one. We need more play makers on offense, better get some. Take that lateral play away and we had a chance. We aren’t good enough yet but the fight is there. Fill the talent gaps and let’s see what happens.

The problem with your thinking like the taters that they deserve all the breaks and we don't deserve any breaks at all is one i. the reasons they do always go against.

Screw the taters politics of our freakin state. Our University deserves to be treated fairly.

If you think this game is called fairly, you aren't looking at the same stat sheet. Those ACC refs always go against us.

Taters don't deserve all of those calls. That is complete BS. I refuse to believe and concede those freakin 😤

Arrogant @###$$% are better than South Carolina.
I will never submit to this Ideal.

They honestly believe they are better than us in every freakin way. No freakin way will I ever agree to this.

I wouldn't care what sacrifice I had to make. I hate their ideals. We should ban together instead of being conformist.

Certainly didn't expect our defense to play as well as it did and the offense so poorly.

That scoop and score to start the game was a killer and after watching the replay that could have easily been called the other way. Was not clearly a backward pass.

Agree - O-Line was garbage - tired of hearing about injuries- last I checked every player on the team is on scholarship - O-Line coach don’t have a clue - he last coached at NC A&T for goodness sake - Shane got lazy on that hire and it shows - he was a O-Line advisor for goodness sakes - Im sure he’s a good guy but he is not an O-Line coach

The long and the short of it is this: all that hoopin', hollerin, hanky-wavin' and jumpin' around in the stands didn't help us or hinder them - not one iota.

It was close but it was a lateral - what surprised me wa how non-chalant the players from USC just stood and watched as the tater picked it up and ran it in

That’s right. First minute of the game turned out to be the deciding factor. Two turnovers in the first minute

It was clearly a lateral. Sucks, but that was the game. Everything needed to go our way to win and nothing did. Credit to Clemson’s defense. We had no answer and were never in a good situation for fakes. Clemson played the field position game very well tonight. We had few opportunities. Credit to them. We were out manned and fought hard all night. I don’t know how Rattler keeps getting up, play after play, week after week, after taking so much abuse. Still don’t blame play calling. Yeah, a few bad plays throwing way short and 3rd and long, but that’s what happens when your O-line is that out matched. You can’t execute plays when you can’t block. Big, huge, enormous problem. Has to be fixed. Nothing else to say. Defense seemed to figure things out the last few games. I’m not ready to ditch the OC yet. Don’t see anybody calling effective plays against good defenses with this line. Now, ask me again this time next year. Not saying he is the long-term guy but not blaming him based on this year.

I watched the press conference and somebody called it. Beamer did tear up. I'm not saying men can't cry, but he has the power to make things better so that he wouldn't have to cry about things

He should be crying for letting Anderson come right back in after getting hurt . Rattler had to tell him to sit down to get his head straight . The kid took a lick

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought that.

And he came back in after one play, right? I don't think they even looked at him for a concussion.

Ugly game. If X catches that lateral and Fortune catches that INT that hit him in the hands we win 7-6.

Hats off to the D. No idea what they’re doing the last few weeks, but it’s been on point. Is this a situation like we had last year on O where Satt got a lot of “help”?

If you had told Clem fans it would come down to them having to make 40+ yard FGs they would have just taken the L and saved themselves 3 hours.

Ready for the Sellers era. Ratts been great. But way too inconsistent. Tonight was not good for him. Need Sellers legs while the OL is developing.

Harbor…y’all still mad he’s not getting a bunch of passes thrown his way? Just not ready.

Bad game for Logg. Not sure what I would have wanted him to do. Our WRs were bad, Ratt was bad, OL was bad, and couldn’t run it for ****. Hard to imagine we were two mistakes from winning.

Not sure on bowl chances. But if we go, Ratt needs to make a decision. If he’s leaving, it needs to come before so Sellers can play.

Maybe he imagined it was blown dead.
Oh, please, partner. He thought it was incomplete but the opposition played it through. Only game in this series in my memory that was basically determined on the second play.

Doesn't have to be backward to be a lateral. It has to be forward not to be a lateral. They played; we slept.

He choked up about his relationship with his players!

That wasn't meant to be taken seriously, but your cynicism has eclipsed mine, so I guess you missed that.
Well, there was some satire in there, but I don't mind the cynic label. Both the label and the factors that give rise to the cynicism are warranted.
