I don't generally question coaches who have clearly proven they know what they're doing.
But if this 17ery we're pulling with running Preston 10 pitches too long and experimenting with Talley in an absolutely vital game we're in total control of goes wrong, 17 em all.
Some of the in game pitching decisions this season have been borderline dereliction of duty… Sending Johnson back out for the 8th over 100 pitches with an 8 run lead after sitting for 30 minutes was criminally insane.
