Bowl season generally doesn't conflict with hurricane season. But not as hurricane-prone as many areas of the Sunshine State are.

I was there. At some point in the game the ND coach (Dan Devine) walked about 6-8 yards onto the field to argue with the ref. They would not throw a flag on him and he was out there long enough to delay the game. Clemson fans (seemed like all of them) started booing him and I suppose the refs. Devine turned towards the fans and shot a double bird at them. I thought some were going to come out of the stands for him. There was a priest standing by him on the sidelines the whole gameI pulled for Clemson once, when Notre Dame brought Joe Montana to Clemson. My hatred of Notre Dame surpasses my hatred of Clemson. Their fans up there that day were a-holes.
True that. But the post stated "worst weather in Florida" with no other posted disclaimers.Bowl season generally doesn't conflict with hurricane season.
Since the topic was the Gator Bowl, I thought that did not need clarification.True that. But the post stated "worst weather in Florida" with no other posted disclaimers.
I'm too picky.Since the topic was the Gator Bowl, I thought that did not need clarification.
See you there... TEAMS Never Quit!!! Gooooooo Gamecocks!!!
I certainly appreciate your concern but hope you are wrong re: playing the Irish. I'm sure you hope you're wrong too!I may have said this already but frankly, I'd rather play the Taliban All Star team. No offense to Shane or the team but besides the last part of Spurriers reign, the chances of us having 3 hot games in a row are historically speaking pretty low. I'm fully expecting ND to win and when they do, the media darlings will see that as an opportunity to place Noodle Lame in the top 10 pre-season rankings next season. Yes, I strongly dislike Clemson but ND takes the cake in my "can't stand them" list. Complete frauds.
