I met him at an autograph signing at Garnet and Black Traditions once. I know folks have their public personas and what not, but I thought Alshon was a super nice dude. He talked to everyone, and never rushed anybody off.
There was a lady in front of me with her infant child. She asked Alshon if he would hold her baby so she could take a picture of the two of them. He happily obliged, so she took the baby out of the stroller and put him in his arms. Alshon never moved until she got the baby back. I kind of laughed at it when I got up there and he looked at me with a big grin, shook his head and said “man holding babies make me nervous.”
On a side note when he put his hand on the mini helmet and started to sign it I realized how big his hands really were.
