Has Satterfield been let go yet?

It won’t happen in the season, but I’m very hopeful it happens the day after the early signing period.
Not sure how connected Reno is with Satterfield. Hopefully not very. Beamer needs to continue to force changes on Satt as a condition of employment. What we are doing will not win championships.

Should have put up 50 last night and the fact we were one play from getting beat is terrible. Also, when we should have been running clock we continued to snap the ball with double digits on the play clock.
Junk play calling on offense. Satt is unsuitable for College FB. Satt will be Beamer’s downfall.

Can’t guarantee a change will happen, but we all saw Beamer get on Satt last week. After the game, last night, can’t remember the quote, but he mentioned Satt by name followed by things he explicitly told Satt he wanted to see on offense.

We didn't score 50 on TAMU. Only scored what Bama scored on them. Cry it out.

Actually, you said to wait for this year, when Satterfield had a Heisman candidate qb to judge him by. And he is still struggling.

But I guess it's being a good fan to settle for whoever is present, whether they are doing well or not.

We've improved. TAMU is proof of that.

Anybody that expected us to score 50 a game anytime soon, or ever, isn't living in reality. We don't look any better or worse than we did most of Spurrier's tenure.

Definite improvement. Stuff that was obvious early….is still obvious. We have one of the best ST coaches in America, and our offense is putrid.
The crowd was as good as I’ve ever been to at W-B or anywhere else ….and I’ve seen lucky enough to see some doozies. Huge factor in the W last night- which SB was smart to acknowledge. Still….it’s hard to replicate that every game….the offense will need to score.

Not sure where you get the 50 points a game line from. I don't really think that's the measuring stick.

But going from a coach's assistant starting to a Heisman frontrunner has eliminated the qb excuse for this offense, imo.

Agreed. It was a huge boon get that 17 point head start, but I'm not going to bet my house that we get that consistently. The offense needs to be more productive.

My early Christmas list is:

1) New athletic director (bye bye Ray)

2) New o/c (bye bye Satt)

Should have scored 50? The most points A&M has given up all season is 42 by Mississippi State, with 2 touchdowns there by special teams and defense. Alabama scored 24 on A&M. To act like Carolina "should" score 50 on any SEC opponent is a bit overly optimistic. Sure, there's plenty of room for improvement, but if that's your expectation then you're never going to be satisfied with Carolina football.

Clock management is on the head coach, not the offensive coordinator.

Not pro or con Sattergield especially but does appear to be a problem, although 50 points is a stretch. I don’t recall putting up that many against any SEC opponent.one thing I’m certain of, this board always has to have a whipping boy. Whether it’s the ol coach,, dc, oc, ad, strength coach there’s always one who the mob cuts loose on post after post with no mercy.
