Not of a lot of people know that State offers scholarships for children of Alumni. It doesn't fully cover the difference but it makes it worth looking into. You can pair it with an academic scholarship to get the tuition cost close to the in-state tuition.

It can get waifed to start with. But you have to keep a 3.0 GPA to keep it. Once lost it cannot be reinstated.
