I am not knocking the kid. I promise. But when is his eligibility up????? Seems like he's been here for 8 years and the fact of the matter is he's not a Div 1 player in any conference. He's undersized and I'm getting tired of hearing the fans who are convinced he should be at QB........ no, no he shouldn't. I know he wanted to be a QB and he reluctantly , but with a good attitude make a position switch but no matter how you slice it - he's not helping. I wish him the best , he's a great kid but for the love of God when will he be gone? (Tired of the fans talking about him - *NOT* him)

He did beat UNC for us in the Mayonaise Bowl and named MVP for that game.
He has not developed into the player we hoped but he is a true Gamecock and good person. He is the least of our problems. I hope he ends here with some good plays and has a great life. And no, he should not be our qb.
He had a redshirt and a covid redshirt year, as was told to me by another poster in another thread. So he could still play next year.
I was sitting behind the bench, he was one of the few players looking very distraught and mad after the game, slamming his helmet, just an FYI
He's a true Gamecock and competitor through thick and thin. He doesn't present any problems team wise because he barely sees the field right now. It's sad but evidently just a teaser the way he was used in our last bowl game.
