Literally watched a kid play 2nd base in 5 year old coach pitch game Tuesday night, and he held the tag until ump called time every time he had it.

This entire series boils down to three things.
We have one reliever that we can trust.
We have no killer instinct, refuse to take advantage of opportunities given to us.
Arkansas capitalized on every single mistake we make (complete opposite of us).

Bednar and Sims made Lemonis a lot of money.

Why in the hell did we put Black out to pitch? Every time I think we're making progress we do some dumb **** to lose the game.

We have a lot of players on our roster that would not be on another SEC Roster

Yea. I think it’s kind of bs. If that throw would have gone into the outfield then the runner that overslid 2nd wouldn’t have been able to advance to 3rd as far as I know.

Of course he could have... the ball is live. Had the ball gone past the catcher he could have run to third also.

Well, they got one game and it showed me some difference from last year's team. The way they dropped this game late, the same way they did it Ole Miss, and other games this season just proves to me that we have no hope for the postseason. Don't expect us to be playing much longer after the SEC tournament. We have enough trouble with three games on the road for the weekend. I really don't see a chance for us to host regional.

So Tyler Davis may be our best reliever but he can’t throw two days in a row after throwing 17 pitches? Thats almost like not having a reliever

We have one rock solid reliever. But we don’t use him with a lead in game 1, use him for 1 easy inning up pretty big in game 2, and then don’t use him while a 6-run lead turns into a 2-run deficit in game 3. What the actual 17? Our pitching management is awful.

Dohm ain’t coming back. He probably needs surgery. But even if he doesn’t he needs to rest that arm for months, not weeks.
