looks like PSU has some injuries that will cause some changes in the lineups. When JF talks "bumps and bruises" that would lead most to think a person might miss a game or two. an injury that keeps a guy out for several weeks or months and may persist through the season would not be a "bumps and bruises" to most people.

the injuries on DEF look to cause some lineup moves. Safety and LB injuries look to be the ones that are going to cause the most complications for the lineup. The DL seems to be okay and we could move Carter to LB and other DEs can fill in. for safety KJ Winston that is a big loss and not sure how they will adjust there.

For OFF it looks to be TE and WR. TE has depth if Dhinkins is back. WR may have depth if 7 and 2 are out for extended time. Sanders being a stationary punt cover seems to suggest he has some time before he is going to be able to play in real situations.

the losses before the season hurt - King Mack would be a nice help now. we lost a LB and a DE that could have also helped now.

Talk about wild speculation. Two weeks before next game.

What appears to be Winston’s injury?

I don't think anyone has really said but I did read they took his helmet so that sounds like Concussion.
The guys on the podcast seemed to indicate Winston tried to play the first quarter but was struggling and he was removed. Could be concussion but that makes it sound like it was something else.

Also could be illness rather injury. That may be most likely explanation for all data.
if transitory illness, JF will likely state that when asked at PC this week.

it was reported by someone at the game that our #2 TE was on crutches in walking boot.

for most of the injuries, I am kind of surprised the local media is not able find out what is going on with many of the players not seen at practice, where injury is more visible. If an injured player is out in public with crutches there would be video all over the internet.
