I think he's exactly what we need. He smart and he knows what's coming and wants us to be prepared for it. He spoke about it a little...the coming revenue sharing and players potentially becoming employees. He said college athletics is changing and what we've known in the past will be gone whether you like it or not...so we need to be ready. I'm not a Ray Tanner hater...I think he did a decent job coming from his background...Ray was never groomed to be an AD...it was just dropped in his lap and he ran with it. I know most people only judged Ray on his coaching hires and that is a big decision but there's way more to the job than that. Ray isn't ready for what's to come and probably didn't want to be... but I think Donati is.
