psuro love that:
If you want I'll share a legal case I was involved in where I was arrested advocating for my client. Got locked up standing for his rights. Fought this court for a year Thank G-d ending up in my favor. But mt Partners, colleagues Judges and District Attorneys thought I was nuts. But stuck with my beliefs and G-d Bless it turned out alright.

That's good to know that you stood up for your convictions and advocacy.

Legend. Just like his Daddy. The line at about the 2:55 mark is one of my favorites in all of music.

Love it. The alcoholic cooks at the restaurant I worked in the early 80s loved him! And especially this tune!!

1975 again. Another band that sold a sh*t ton of records and made a lot of folks happy, but just couldn't connect to people like the great sheryl crow.

Friday (1/31) was the birthday of the late, great, Terry Kath. He was a founding member, the guitarist, sang lead vocal on many of their songs, of Chicago. The band started out as the Big Thing, changed to Chicago Transit Authority, and then became Chicago after they released their 1st album. To celebrate:

If you subscribe to AmazonPrime, there is a Chicago documentary including video clips from their early years. I didn't realize until watching that Chicago Transit Authority opened for Jimmy Hendrix in their early years and that Jimmy publicly admitted that Terry Kath was a much better guitar player than he.

Heard this song played before the Blackberry Smoke show last night and I had forgotten about the song and this particular album. Probably one of the underrated 70’s rock bands and one of the best rock vocalists in Steve Marriott. Humble Pie, Thunderbox. Two songs from that gem.

Did Blackberry Smoke play this one? The end of the video is funny...
