Don't forget Conner Shaw left as well, I've always said, a great position coach does not make you a great Head Coach, Beamer may be a good recruiter but can he coach them up? or can he put together a winnable game plan week to week? so far I don't see it. Yep, I think he got a taste of college ball from the coaching side and it wasn’t for him.

Just for fun I looked up Baylor School where Erik is coaching. They just finished the regular season at 8-2 and heading

I had a guy that worked for me who happened to have fairly good contact with Eric while he was at Hammond. According to my guy, and this is hear say now, Eric stated Satterfield was a very arrogant individual and he wasn't very liked on the staff.
