Well, if the SEC keeps cannibalizing itself, they may get their wish. The XM guys were saying the SEC may only get 3 teams in now, and that was before this weekend’s games.they all seem to want Colorado in the playoffs. Rick N saying even if Buffs don't make B12 CCG, they should be candidate for at-large - with 3 losses.
You got to remember Rick N coached at Colorado. It is similar to Klatt's love for the Buffs.they all seem to want Colorado in the playoffs. Rick N saying even if Buffs don't make B12 CCG, they should be candidate for at-large - with 3 losses.
Same can be and is said about Penn Stateyeah they really beat a murderer's row
10-1 v. 9-3 is a difference maker.Same can be and is said about Penn State
not when you don't count wins- ours don't ever count10-1 v. 9-3 is a difference maker.
True, point was I hear all the time how PSU hasn't played anyone outside of OSU with a pulse.10-1 v. 9-3 is a difference maker.
Yeah, I got that part. That's not their fault. Colorado hasn’t either, and they have three losses.True, point was I hear all the time how PSU hasn't played anyone outside of OSU with a pulse.
Correct. Colorado lost by 3 scores to a very average NebraskaYeah, I got that part. That's not their fault. Colorado hasn’t either, and they have three losses.
True, in gm 2 and they s**t the bed in the first half, second half was even. CU has the best player in the country and the best QB, the rest of the team is not on par with the better teams this season. Reality is though unless the get in the Big 12 championship and win it they aren't getting in.Correct. Colorado lost by 3 scores to a very average Nebraska

Just think how good PSU would be with a $1.5 million WR like Travis Hunter.Prime has done a hell of a job over the two seasons he has been there.
Probably pretty good.Just think how good PSU would be with a $1.5 million WR like Travis Hunter.
Any receiver, funny that programs like PSU and OSU think that CU can outbid them for playersJust think how good PSU would be with a $1.5 million WR like Travis Hunter.
Absolutely, Admin at CU was woeful for yrs and didn't do anything to help the program, crazy that they didn't care about the importance and rewards of a good Football program.Colorado was quite likely the worst team in CFB two years ago. You may not like Deion’s style, but he has done a great job at CU so far. Even this season, the team has improved significantly since the start of the year.
Getting to play for Deion is a thing. Hunter was doing the old Deion Shuffle in the end zone yesterday.Any receiver, funny that programs like PSU and OSU think that CU can outbid them for players![]()
I hate all the dancing s**t, but it's in every game, everywhere anymore.Getting to play for Deion is a thing. Hunter was doing the old Deion Shuffle in the end zone yesterday.
Note to self: don’t get all worked up about this. It’s only “college” football.
On incomplete passes too, good grief. I’ve learned to turn away.I hate all the dancing s**t, but it's in every game, everywhere anymore.
can you imagine Mike Reid doing a sack dance? On incomplete passes too, good grief. I’ve learned to turn away.
Just to be clear, I’m not whining about the showboating exclusively. It’s the whole package I find to be wearying. I understand that bringing $ into the college game is something that, given our capitalist society, legally had to happen but that doesn’t mean I want to do backflips over it. And the academic side is never mentioned nowadays. That part really bothers me. There would be no place for Joe Paterno or John Thompson in today’s sports landscape. That’s a damn shame. Maybe Paterno could be HC at Brown or Columbia.can you imagine Mike Reid doing a sack dance?

yeah its a shame we didn't get Nebraska this year, the team that thumped Colorado up and down the field and finished 6-6 in the B1G and 3-6 in conference playSame can be and is said about Penn State
John Thompson? Really?Just to be clear, I’m not whining about the showboating exclusively. It’s the whole package I find to be wearying. Why were they completely wrong? Every poll in every swing state was a tight race. They all just tipped one way, but they were all still tight.Well the media was completely wrong on the election why would you think they are suddenly right on football.
do love the sec narrative. Teams finally start playing each other in the regular season and start losing so the narrative kicks up, Imagine if they played 9 conference games instead of playing Mercer in week 11.
