Steve said weather played a factor in not being airliftedArticle clearly says by ambulance.....
The UMC helicopter out of Lowndes was landing at the Starkville airport in fairly heavy rain earlier. It appears they had to call the flight off and send him by ground. I would imagine the flight crew was dropped off at the hospital and went with the ground crew but can’t confirm.Steve said weather played a factor in not being airlifted
It just landed at UMCThere’s a chopper that’s almost to Jackson that originated from Starkville.
Weather must have cleared enough for them to fuel and go back and pick him up.He was airlifted to UMC.
