Purdue had no guard play whatsoever. Other than Zach Edey at Center every other player on Purdue was giving up 3 to 4 inches. Once UConn figured out that the Purdue guards couldn’t buy an outside jump shot they collapsed on Edey and the game was over.Big East rules. I thought UConn would win from the beginning of the tourney and when they announced the lineups last night I thought is was a sure thing. Purdue was so much smaller all around and for the first time purdue faced a tall center.
Big fast guys are better than small fast guys. Right!
