This project should be fun for other reasons. It's great how you have combined it, too, but the camera initiative has a more important reason to be completed.

It's a slippery slope. We need more fans and better facilities to attract better athletes, and we have to begin by attracting better athletes to create the atmosphere where we want many people to show up at the ball games. So, which do you put first? The facilities or the athletes to help you win? We keep asking questions, and so we are stuck in a never-ending circle.
And I'll add this fundraiser, should it be successful, is for more than the cameras. We're also developing a fund to purchase disaster relief supplies to give out the next time a tornado hits a city. We want to be able to handout water, tarps, and other basic supplies to help in the recovery effort. Set up a grill and cook lunch for responders.

Selmon is barely taking interest in current facilities, much less adding a whole new section of seating. A new end zone ain’t got jack crap to do with winning games. That dude’s first interest was getting him and his OU boys paid. I can’t argue with the NIL talk but it’s going to take more than that. Lebby’s staff needs an upgrade and/or expansion.

Are there any serious posters on this site? Maybe I need to upgrade.
I do think we need the S Endzone, but not right now. We can barely fill 45-50K. I feel we should do some other things first. 1) Reduce stadium capacity down to 45K in order to properly redo AlL seats (upper, middle, and lower) to at least 20" wide chairback seats and wider aisles by at least 6". 2) Install 4' wide escalators (up & down) everywhere to serve all decks. Use existing elevators for handicapped and wheelchair or service type carts. Elevators are the most inefficient way to move people that there is. After all that, then we can focus on adding the Southeast Endzone Project.

It isn't going to happen but ideally what State should do with DWS is wait until they can do a total rebuild of the west side and improve other areas.

What memphis is doing and Oregon St did .... State should do similar.

Demo that west side. Rebuild with only 50 rows of chairbacks. Club level above. Luxury boxes about the club level.

South endzone, should be something similar to what USM did. North endzone bleachers become new "balconies" section. Students move to east side north goal to what is section 21. Faculty staff 22. Visitors 23,24 and east upper.
