Not having to recruit makes it easier. Recruiting is not a job for a sane man. If you’re not sick of it within six months there’s something wrong with you.
thats only one aspect, breaking down miles of what use to film to get ready for the draft takes time, as does all the off season work, as does braking everything from the season down again. It just different. But I agree kissing 15 yr *** is not fun.
Having to recruit the players on your team every day you show up to work is a full time job in itself.
ACs don't do that. That's what the player personnel and scouting group does.. Coaches get to see the distilled end product.
Sure they do You just said they do. Maybe someone else has done a lot of the leg work, but they are reviewing via ‘film’ the draft prospects
