I'm assuming you know that EA labels the season based on when the NC bowl game is played (i.e. 2009) and not based on the year that the regular season is played in.

If only life were like NCAA 09... Wesley Carroll/Anothony Dixon were probably Heisman front runners that season too

In that case, I'll just say I respectfully disagree with them.

Why buy something that belongs to today when you can buy something from the future. A 2009 model car or the August issue of a magazine. If EA didn't own the rights to the NCAA I would recommend competitors name their games two years in advance. It's amazing how they can sell sick numbers of the same game with marginal improvements year after year. And to think they don't even provide a roster with actual names on it.

I'd rather play Tecmo Super Bowl with this years teams/rosters/stats updated.

However, if we do score 40 points a game, we will contend for the West and I'll declare the people at EA sports to be geniuses.

That's because it would violate NCAA rules to do that.

It'd have a pretty accurate depiction of our offense

</p>Life is NCAA 09 at this point my friend. AD may be a mention for the Heisman one day (in a galaxy far far away) but WC win NEVER be a candidate for that award. As you said, it is a Little far fetched.

as if the rest of this simulation wasn't enough to make you scratch your head, how is the #1 team playing the #5 team in the BCS championship game? Thought the whole point of the BCSCG was to pit #1 v #2??

AD in the game is awful. I had to bench him and start Ducre because he's much better. Carroll is pretty good in the game. Not a lot of arm strength, but pretty accurate.
Overall I would say we're underrated on the game. Our defense can't cover to save their lives. Our offense is better than it should be- or maybe that's just what happens when Woody's not calling the plays. We're a "74" overall, which is the same as Duke. LSU tanked on my season too, although I don't know if they were 1-7. AD and Carroll were not in the Heisman voting. Basically what happened was everybody else in the West sucked.

I remember during the bowl season ESPN did a simulation of the Liberty Bowl where we lost to UCF 42-14.
