If Washington being bowl eligible is a requirement, I'm not interested because as proven tonight, that is largely out of Will's hands.

But he'll be the starter either way.

I'm done on this subject now.
No sense debating with people that hate someone so deeply. It just wastes your time and allows them to spew more hatred.

A bad kicker kept us from likely having two-straight 9-win seasons. Will with two more years under Leach would have an extra 5-6,000 yards passing, own so many records and have us in a bowl game each year. But, as well all know, the Air Raid is an antiquated gimmick so Arnett wisely transitioned us to a new era of awesomeness and showtime.

This was my problem with Will. He obviously didn’t put in the hard work. Yeah, he wore the eye black cross and then spoke really country in the post game interviews to make him likeable to our fanbase.

I think that’s part of our problem as a fanbase as a whole - we’ll accept and even applaud a loser as long as he checks the right boxes (Noodle) and then be ready to run off a winner who can be an a$shole (Mullen).

I’d prefer an unlikeable QB with a killer instinct vs an aww shucks likeable QB.
This is how dumb football fans are. You and and 85 really think you can improve athleticism by working out and running sprints.

He may have just horrible genetics but smart with a lot of heart its possible. Im only going by own experience as an athlete and training my son. Im of the belief anyone can work hard enough to make themselves an
Average athlete in quickness and strength. If u told me at 18 id be starting at
Qb for msu or uw od be up at 6 am
Running sprints and lifting weights
Average athletes don't play in the SEC. Above average ones do.

He might be an average college player but hes way above average in athleticism compared to the rest of the mal world. INCLUDING YOU AND YOUR SON.

Im honestly puzzled by wills lack of athleticism. I like will and his dad . How in the hell do you not run sprints jump
Rope follow nutrition lift weights for explosive strength to improve your base athleticism ? I sure as hell would
Do you really think he didn’t work at this? Maybe he’s playing to the limit of his abilities. He will never have a strong arm. Plays within himself and doesn’t turn it over. He’s a safe QB.

The looks on his face last night were disappointment. You can see the guy wants to excel. I feel bad for him because he seems like a great kid.

I hope he does well in whatever life has for him after football.

I don’t hate Noodle Arm. He was a product of Leach’s system and is simply not a good QB. What I don’t understand is why our fans rooting for him. He took his ball (that he can’t throw more than 25 yards) and went to the PNW with it. If he was a legit SEC QB, he would be in Tuscaloosa right now with the coach he signed with 10 months ago.

All legit SEC QB's end up a Bama. Fact. UDub under DeBoer needed him. Bama under DeBoer doesn't. They have better QB's and he'd be riding pine and he likely knows that. One can be a good QB for a specific system and be so good in that system that it makes you one of the best ever in history for the school that utilizes your skill set properly. The Will haters, not saying you're one of them, strike me as similar to the Fant is better than Eli posters from years ago.

I understand people not thinking Rogers is a great quarterback. He’s not. He’s solid but not spectacular. It’s the “he’s not an FBS quarterback” hot takes I can’t stand. He’s starting for a Big 10 team after starting for four years for an SEC team. He’s not in the Air Raid anymore and still putting up over 300 yard passing games, so he can obviously play in other systems other than the AR. He is a quality Power 4 starting quarterback that many other schools would gladly take. I don’t get why so many MSU fans continually crap on the guy, especially considering the horrible quarterbacks we have watched over the years. He’s also better than any quarterback we’ve trotted out this year, including Shapen.

Relf wasn't a good QB for State.*** Plus, I don't think anyone else wanted him.

Saying he isn't a GOOD qb is very dumb. He's not a great QB, but he's not in the bottom 80% of QBS in MSU history.

Hes certainly in the top 50% of QBs in college football.

Another incredibly dumb argument.

Since he isn't good enough to be the starting QB at Bama then he isn't good.

No he wouldn't. Extremely ignorant and stupid argument.

At Washington, he had a select pool of players to pick from. At Bama, that pool of players got much larger. The funds to get them got much larger also.
So, he is not an SEC QB. Gotcha. I will extend my bet with @She Mate Me to the Bulldog Intuitive to you as well. Rogers will not be the UDub QB, a team that was in the four team playoff, in a bowl game. You are good at chirping…time to back it up.

it should be a no-brainer for you since I am “stupid” and “ignorant“
