Before someone complains about clemson posts on this board get over it. They are our rivals and I've revealed in every loss they have had since 1955 when I became a USC fan and nothing has diminished that warm feeling I get when they are beaten. I did not care for Frank Howard and his corn pone act back in the day and I don't care for dablow. This loss had icing on the cake since it exposed their weak schedule and rightfully knocked them out of the big picture. In the year we were 0-11 I still enjoyed a clemson loss. Kudos to ND and their subway fans if they still have such a theing.

Clemson may start playing for the future with Klubnik. As long as they were winning, there was no reason to replace DJ. Now that they have no realistic shot at the playoffs, DJ's play doesn't warrant him being starter any longer.

Have you seen him play? (DJ) I would go with a hopeful freshman over that guy with their remaining games.

I saw some parts of their earlier games and was surprised they stuck with him at that point. But they kept pulling out wins, so I guess you stick with what's getting Ws.

From what I saw/read/heard, he stunk all last year but they had no back up. He improved a little this year, but has reverted to his abysmal depths.

They have 3? Winnable games left before their conference title game. (I know, we're in there) I personally would get the hopeful young guy going rather than wait too long and say "he's not ready" when that DJ kid falls apart in a real game. But don't tell anyone over there. DJ is clemson's opponent's best chance at a win.

We have a similar QB loyalty situation with Rattler, but we do not know what Doty can do because he doesn't get any meaningful game time. Regarding Clemson, I would go with Klubnik if I were them but I want DJ to play against us.
