Unfortunately a fear grows that PSU needed to win it there on offense as they did earlier in the season. :cautious:

It's unreal that this program shrinks so badly when the chips are at the highest. For once, it's not on the coaching staff. Players just not executing in the big spots and the defense has turned into a frickin pumpkin.

The bigger question is how that cluster of a 3rd down play call happened. It never had a chance. You can’t risk that in that big moment.

For as good of a 1st half defense Tom Allen called, I can't say I love what he's doing in the 2nd . ND keeps running the ball to the left side of their OL whenever Abdul is lined up at our left DE position.

Our wrs must really be awful
Has a wide receiver actually completed a reception? I think it's been all tight ends and Singleton. It's amazing that PSU has managed to get this far with with such an poor receiving unit. May as well just play Luke and Dinkens

ND runs, but are a yard and a half short of the 1st down

3rd down ... Leonard keeps it and picks up the 1st down

Because the ND defense read it like a book and made sure to bump Warren as much as possible so he couldn't break free. No holds or anything, it was clean, but that was well-executed on their end. And that goes to how pathetic the WR room has been for 2 years.

Lol. Illegal hands to the face? What a weird time to decide that counts as a penalty.
