For all the rightful praise that Kalen King gets for his pass covering ability, his run recognition is horrific at best. Failed to notice that the back out of the backfield was taken care of by 2 teammates on that 4th down play and he should have been making a beeline for McCarthy.

And with that FG, we now see the reason why you don't chase points in the 2nd quarter.

If they treated this game like they were 17pt underdogs, they would be more aggressive. but they think they can hang. They enjoy that participation we played em tough trophy

The memo says that in big games, PSU is not allowed to throw over the middle of the field. This also goes back to the Paterno days. Everything has to be toward the sideline. No slants, posts, or curls allowed.

- not quite sure what to expect, as this is an unusual situation
- curious to see how PSU's O does, as they need to step up for this challenge for PSU to be successful
- hopeful that PSU's DL and LB corp can elevate their game a bit
- expecting the stadium to be rockin'
- glad I don't be on games, as I can find multiple scenarios favoring both teams
- ready to celebrate a win
