Struggling to understand the play calling. We should want to run here. Passing has been a struggle. First run works great. So we drop back for sacks twice in a row. Get a free pass, and run squirrely nonsense. Can we just run normal plays, normal runs, shorten this game.

In last night’s game, a ND player tackled an Indiana player out of bounds into the Indiana sideline, got up, straddled him and stood over him. Indiana player shoved the ND player who was standing over his teammate. Penalty called on the Indiana kid. I thought standing over the player was 15 yard unsportsmanlike? At least, that’s what we were told in O$U game.
Tackling has been atrocious this game.
Another issue is commiting to tackling the QB when he is scrambling around in the backfield and the defensive guy just stops and let's him run around him.
