Good luck. Tore my sidewalk out over a month ago. Took two weeks to even find someone to even quote it. Its been formed and ready to pour for over two weeks. Either he's committed elsewhere, the concrete companies have big pours somewhere and can't deliver my four yards or its rained and too wet. Supposed to be there Monday. NE MS so I can't help you in Madison.

The preparation, materials and cutting make concrete work. If you're not very familiar with it, I'd hire a home inspector type guy to ensure everything is done correctly. No one will f you like a concrete guy.

I asked a friend for a recommendation for a concrete guy to poor a small patio. Friend told me I needed a guy named Fred. I asked if Fred was honest friend said no. I asked does Fred show up when scheduled friend said no, does Fred make level pours friend said no. Then I asked why in the heck do I wanna hire Fred? Friend replied because he is better than the rest!
