It's not, at least in their case. The Tweets are fake news.

Do we really think a country like Algeria is sending transgender athletes to the Olympics?

Are you willing to believe USA Today or is that fake news as well?

Did you read the article? She may be a bit intersex, but she is not transgender and has never been a man.

Just think about it for 10 seconds - would a country like Algeria that puts LGBT people to death be likely to have one representing them in the Olympics.

Mike Tyson was right when he said "everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth"

"Italian boxer Angela Carini broke down in tears after she abandoned her bout against Algerian Imane Khelif after 46 seconds in a fight that sparked huge controversy at the Olympics. A first punch dislodged her chinstrap and a second smashed against her chin and bloodied her shorts. I have never felt a punch like this – Carini"

That said now I hope someone pulls Imane Khalif aside into a dark Paris or Algerian alleyway and rearranges he/him/his parts.

I’ve read more about it than you.

“The situation has arisen because the world championships last year was run under the auspices of the International Boxing Association, whose president, Umar Kremlev, told the Russian news agency, Tass, that DNA tests had “proved they had XY chromosomes and were thus excluded from the sports events”.

Interesting point. Every article I read has stated Khalif failed gender test for having XY chromosomes (which means you are male).

Keep reading. The tests were overturned and she was cleared for the Olympics.

She is not a man, and has never been a man. Her body makes a little more testosterone than is typical for a woman, but not at the level that is typical for men.

Again, we all know that there is a 0% chance that a country like Algeria would let a transwoman represent them on the global stage. It's the inescapable fact here.

DNA says XY chromosome. Case closed.

Is "a bit intersex" like "a little pregnant"?

So should the alphabet people be adding the letter "I" ?

It was overturned without a DNA test and they won’t disclose the test they gave. I imagine it was the look between the legs test. Maybe this person is a hermaphrodite. So that begs the question, if you have both what is the protocol? Can a partial man fairly compete? For the IBA, it’s apparently no fighting with women if you have XY chromosome. For the Olympics, fight girls if they check your parts first.

XY chromosomes should ban you from women's events unless it's something really rare like Swyer syndrome.

I'm skeptical of anything Umar Kremlev alleges. He's got red flags.

It's possible a woman has elevated testosterone and isn't doping.

Algeria isn't sending anyone legitimately confirmed as transgender to the Olympics. No way.

Y'all have fun digging in.

Algeria is in the process of joining the Eruopean Union. They are not Iran. They are a real Republic.

It's hilarious to watch the attempts to explain things away so many when it comes to things like this and the intro ceremony. Why can't you just call it for what it is? This 'person' should not be competing against women, and the drag queens made fun of the Lord's Supper.

Why the attempts to explain things back to some level of idealism?

Because concealment of the truth allows for their agenda to continue uninterrupted.

The people "concealing the truth" are the ones who claim she is a man when she objectively is not and has never been one.

In order to push that lie, they have to ignore the fact that Algeria is a notoriously anti-LGBT country and hope that everyone else ignores it too.
