Yeah the Gulf of Mexico put out a ton of moisture yesterday. Texico didn't get that much snow.

Eight inches at MSY New Orleans airport. Previous record was 2.7”.
Yeah...I used to live a few miles from there in Saint Rose. My old neighbors were sharing some pics. They figured out on day 1 how to chill beers in the snow...made me proud.
It will probably be warmer going forward.
35 years in SoFla and it seems the past 5 or so years, the summers are a little hotter and the winters are colder. Seems more and earlier/later cold fronts. I'd like to whine about the cold, but then I think back to July/August and just put another layer on.
Either way, I'm sure some Ford Expedition somewhere is responsible. Earth is 4 billion years old, but really fears that particular model I think.

Dang cold and raw here today in Delray Beach. 54 degrees with rain. Nasty outside working from the home office today. Have to run up to Melbourne tomorrow early for some surgeries.

You can blow me.There wasn't a climatological problem until you started blowing hot air a few years ago.
I used to see all the time at work people smoking outside in frigid conditions without a coat smoking a cigarette. I used to think, wow to do all that for cancer.
