I saw this and thought that is either really weird or really cool. The story is a few years old, but it came to fascinate me. Maybe the idea of someone wanting to connect to their neighbors in that way. What say you pack is this weird or cool in its own way?

I just thought of all the ways to connect to people and make positive social change in a small way. This was one of the most unique ways I have ever seen. I applaud the guy for wanting to serve the people in his community.
