I listen to a lot of true crime podcasts nowadays, mainly because politics and sports are too depressing. This one popped in my feed today:
“When Betty Jones, 65, and Kathryn Crigler, 81, are brutally attacked in a 1990 home invasion, the tiny community of Starkville, MS is left living in fear. Decades pass, until a detective devotes himself to cracking the case using new technology.”
I guess the Cold Case podcast repurposed the audio from an A&E show called “Murder on the Bayou.” Which is hilarious given Starkville’s lake of bayous, rivers, etc.
