I'm looking for a good digital antenna for my lake house. It's in the BFE that is Covington Co. So, about 40 miles from much.
Anybody got a good long range digital antenna recommendation?

I bought one of the "As Seen on TV" antennas that looks like a 15" piece of pvc pipe. Thing works great. I'm picking up stations 75+ miles away. I think it was only $20.

Got one on clearance at Home Depot that’s indoor/outdoor. Put it in the attic for the kitchen tv that’s not on CSpire. Get some local stations that aren’t even on fiber.
ETA: Mine requires a 120 volt power source, I think that’s what helps boost the reception.

I'm in Flowood and get dozens of OTA channels, the one I have most trouble with is 12 (CBS), unfortunately SEC and NFL games are on 12. I have one of the indoor/outdoor antennas in my attic, 12 is still a problem. Anyone in the Flowood/Rez area have an antenna that gets 12 consistently?

I bought one of these from the Walmarts and placed it in the attic. I’m also in flowood. It pulls in 37 channels and 12 and it’s sub channels arecrystal clear. There’s an app you can get that tells you what direction to point the antenna. Most of the station antennas are out in the Raymond area.

TVFool and AntennaWeb are the best 2 sites that will tell you what to expect to get. You put in ht of antenna, address and it gives you a good idea what you can get. At my little place @ The Reservoir I get about 3 dozen channels with a Yagi antenna in the attic.

Sounds like you’ll need to do what my Dad did and scrounge a triangular tower section, pour some concrete, and send your offspring up there to mount a large directional antenna **

Dang it that looks like what i have. I get every channel consistently, but 12. I have to go into the attic to adjust it several times during a game, must be at a bad angle or something.

Can you boost a TV antenna signal using aluminum foil? - StreamDiag

My neighbor's wife said she gets a long, nice, reception on this one but I think she's just full of it.

There is some guy named “the antenna man” on you tube that reviews all different kinds.

my parents have sling tv and needed an antenna for locals. I used that as research when I put up one for them.
