We are going four TE formation full time on offense.
Looked at what I believe is his junior year highlights. If you hate fade patterns, this isn't the tape for you. Big kid, pretty quick after the catch, nice hands. No idea if he is strong enough to block at the line of scrimmage in support of the run game in college. If he can't, I doubt he will be a consistent enough nightmare mismatch for an elite defense in the passing game, probably not fast enough. Get a WR who can take the top off the defense and then this guy could probably nickel and dime you underneath down the field. See what happens with him.
