Sasso always does just enough. Frustrating as hell to watch.

Great ride from Sammy. SVN put a good display. Just not quite there.
Agree. Not close. Sammy gave him a choice to come up to all 4 or get turned and maybe for the pin. Way’s to go there. Wouldn’t surprise me if Sammy ends up top 3 in the country. 149 is loaded.

Levi is gaining confidence. I know that guy wasn’t ranked but you can just tell. He wanted the tech there. Tom influenced the ref to slow the count.

Huge match for Alex coming up. This kid is tough. Then it’s their studs against our studs starting at 174. Love to sweep 165 through HWT. Shut Tom Ryan up. Can hear him through the TV. He’ll be going to the Ref soon to stop matches. Lol

Another match CStar should’ve dominated and he just didn’t. Wasn’t ever in question, but damn he should’ve crushed Smith!

174: CStar vsl Ethan Smith (ES)

A warning to the tOSU bench for arguing about the illegal hands to the face in the last match.

Per 1
CStar reaches, nothing. CStar reaches, ES tries to counter, then CStar gets a leg near the edge, and gets the TD, 2-0. ES tries a roll, and CStar stays with him and OOB with 1:37 left. ES sits out and grabs CStar's foot. ES gets away for the esc, 2-1. Stoppage with 46 for interlocked hands. CStar with a head outside single, Smith grabs an ankle, they scramble and CStar with the TD, 4-1. ES sits out and CStar stays with him. ES with an esc with 5 sec left, 4-2. End. RT @ 57 sec for CStar

Per 2
ES takes bottom. He sits out, turns in and is out, 4-3. CStar with a headlock but nothing. CStar with a head outside single and gets behind for the TD, 6-3. ES is flattened. He works up to his base, then to his feet, and then OOB with 11 sec left. ES sits out tries a shoulder roll, but nothing. ENd. RT @ 1:49 for Starocci

Per 3
CStar takes bottom. He's to his feet, returned, and then he's out, 7-3. Stoppage to check video to see if ES left his feet (which on replay it appears he did). Call on the match stands. Hmm. That's a surprise. ES in on a low single, and gets the 1st TD of the year against CStar as they go OOB, 7-5. CStar to his feet, returned. To his feet and returned again. OOB with 1:15 left. CStar up quickly and out 8-5. CStar in on a single, ES grabs an ankle, and stopped for PD with 46 sec left. ES shoots, CStar with a quick counter for the TD, 10-5. ES is flattened. Then he reaches back, then sits out. End. With 1:32 in RT, it's a 11-5 DEC

184: Aaron Brooks (AB) vs. Kaleb Romero (KR)

Per 1
Stalemate with 2:20 left (collar ties going nowhere). KR in on a head outside single, AB with a body lock along the edge, and a stalemate with 1:48 left. AB reaches, nothing. 1 min left. AB reaches, nothing. tOSU coaches telling KR to headlock AB if he reaches again. Stoppage as KR got his finger caught in AB's headgear. He's in some pain -- perhaps a jammed finger or something with the nail. They taped the finger. AB elects bottom with 7 sec left. End. RT @ 8 sec for KR

Per 2
AB takes bottom. He works to a 3-point stance, to his feet, and out, 1-0. AB shoot, and KR with a counter to a single. AB with a whizzer, and a stalemate with 58 sec left. AB nearly shot but didn't. 30 sec left. End. RT @ 17 sec for KR

Per 3
KR takes bottom. KR works up and he's out in 7 sec, 1-1. RT not a factor (10 sec for KR). Stoppage at 1:41 left for interlocking fingers.AB in on a low single, and gets the TD on the edge, 3-1. OOB with 1:03 left. KR works up hits a shoulder roll, AB stays with him. KR to his feet, back down on the edge, and OOB with 33 sec left. KR hits a sit-out and he's out, 3-2. OOB with 16 sec left. End. tOSU threw a challenge brick with @ 10 sec left. They are claiming AB grabbed the uniform. To me (on replay) it looks like an inadvertent thing where he let go. Call is confirmed, so it's a 3-2 DEC
