Penelope Cruz and Jennifer Garner both looked good - for their age. Zendaya would rate more highly but for the fact that she has no chestage whatsoever. I can’t overlook that.

I love that Lily James (who I mostly know from Downton Abbey and one Disney movie) has leaned into her Pam Anderson body - if you haven’t seen her in that flick, do yourself a favor. She’s ridiculous.

Of the above I picked Lily James wearing an elegant, but sexy, pink Atelier Versace gown. That said, my personal favorite was Eva von Bahr wearing a High Renaissance masterpiece. I'm sure most here will quickly recognize Raphael's Madonna del Prato which Raphael created in 1506.

At some point did these Oscar and other awards show polls change from who’s the hottest, to best dressed, or were they always best dressed?
Changed to 'Favorite Look' a couple years ago. No one thought anyone was 'hot' so....
I'd go with Lily James, Emila Jones and Rachel Zegler in no particular order.
And by the way, that picture of Halle Berry sure doesn't look like Halle Berry.

It depends. Some of the 'hotter' looks of all time IMO...actually, it mostly depends on 'who' is wearing the dress.
Yeah, most of those looks were hot. I do find Angelina and Margo attractive, but not those looks for me. Again, I'm not a fashion expert...
