What's Lubrano's problem. It's a true sign of mediocrity for him to not recognize, acknowledge, and reward true administrative greatness. In this age of bloated administrations and administrators in higher education, PSU has been blessed during the Baron years. They have not been barren years. A toast.

I see no mention of the purchase price. Perhaps PSU will burn these apartments down to the ground after purchase and will then have dumbly build new ones at ten times the cost.

Barron probably wanted to make sure they don’t start cutting corners at the museum in order to save money.
It's not fair to her. His tenure has been one of epic greatness.An obvious issue is that Neeli likely will not make any significant changes with barren looking over her shoulder, if she were so inclined in the first place based on her mindset and given the bot.
