Radio silence from Bassett in about the last month. If he continued his eliminations, he'd be down to about 5 schools by now. I know he has a Rutgers visit coming up in a few weeks. Any news?

He's previously taken breaks from the weekly eliminations. And with the high school wrestling season in full gear, plus the recent holidays, I'm not all that surprised that he hasn't had any updates of late.

What can be done to confirm or deny those rumors?

Could just ignore it. The above is the only mention of this I've seen or heard anywhere.
