Dean wins over No. 31 Max Shaw 10-2. He had 2:38 in riding time, and the Lions now lead 32-3.

Matt Lee is wrestling an extra bout at 165. He is taking on Joey Mazzara. And,a quick correction: Tomorrow night's bout with Iowa State is at 8 p.m. ET, 7 p.m. CT.

Q: thought everyone looked good
- yeah, they did. Good to see after finals, and with the holidays coming up
Q: seemed like the guys were trying to outdo each other with bonus points
- it was good to see. The guys responded to the physicality; more than we've seen so far this season. The guys on the side were rallying around to what was happening.
Q: Steen -- technical improvements he needs to makes
- he's really close. He has the skill and the technical ability. He spends a lot of time not physically engaged in a match. We need to work on his confidence
Q: Bartlett -- talk about his continued development and confidence
- yeah, he's coming into his own. On the top, and fighting off shots
Q: SVN - he continues to impress, and shows guts; great ride-out
- even in a tight match he shows a lot of confidence and poise. He's doing a great job
Q: Haines -- what are you seeing with his development
- just getting him more mat time. We wanted him to wrestler O'Connor; not sure why they didn't put him out there.
Q: Facundo -- continues to steadily improve
- he's doing a really good job. A couple of positions we need to clean up. He's actually wrestling better than the points he's getting.
Q: Nice to have a hammer. Nice to have Roman and the final 4
- all those guys look really good today. They are team oriented. They take care of business, but they pump up and get the younger guys ready
Q: Guys in the room -- how nice was it to see Donovan Ball and the other guys in extra bouts
- they went out there to score

- this is a tough team. They have a lot of young guys that are energetic. We're looking forward to it; should be some great bouts tomorrow.

223-27 is PSU's scoring so far in terms of scoring in duals this season.
UNC scored 2 takedowns in the first match, then nothing. It sounded like our guys were in complete control, initiating the action, getting out from under quickly and working hard on top for turns.
This team is rounding out nicely. Maybe our best top to bottom team ever. Love the extra matches so guys get the chance to travel, make weight scrap and recover is important for the team. We have some very tough backups.
