I’m really looking forward to Indiana bludgeoning them and shutting all the ND bootlickers up.
I see Boise State being tougher than most think and the legit longshot in the field.
I really wanted a night game. With all the hype, surprised they didn’t make PSU home night game.
And if we beat them, it won’t be a big game since we were expected to win

Everyone is complaining about this setup but I think it's good. I like the reward for Conference Champions and I like the 1st Round home games. If a 3 loss team who lost to Oklahoma and Vandy is the only team that has a problem with it, then it's working.

Some changes need to be made to overall playoff bracketing and scheduling.
1. The Conference Champions (4+1) should be in but seeding need to be by ranking. This would eliminate 1st round byes for weak conferences.
2. Within each Conference, teams should play the same number of conference opponents. SEC teams records are enhanced by playing an extra patsy team.
3. Teams who are not in conferences like Notre Dame can not be seated any higher than 5. And if their SOS is not in the top 40, then they can not be seated any higher than 9. Imho ND should be forced join a conference.
People whining about Bama should remember they only played 8 teams with a pulse and wound up one game above 500. Additionally, they lost to two unranked teams.
Best possible seeding for PSU. Huge advantage to host SMU in December. Win that and you go against Boise in the Fiesta where PSU has never lost. Even if Jeanty goes off for 250 yards, that’s 3 tds or less. Rest of team is not that talented, slow and small. Like our odds.
Pretty fair line IMO. I'm not a gambler but I could see that being pretty even money.
