No PA dates. Ugh.

Seriously. It’s pretty rare that acts don't appear in some combo of Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, or Hershey when touring in the summer. I believe the closest they'll be to PA will be Cuyahoga Falls, OH, with Saratoga Springs, NY and Holmdel, NJ being the next closest.

Sometimes dates will be added pending ticket demand, so hold out for new dates possibly coming to a town near you! If not, road trip!

I won't be attending this show, but they did sound pretty good on Howard yesterday.

...

I remember the 2004 tour in Hershey. I bought seats on the center floor about 12 rows back when it was not announced yet if it would be Diamond David Lee Roth or Sam singing. The one thing I still remember is Sam's solo spot with Fly with the Eagles or whatever. Also security wedged up everyone's *** crack so you couldn't toke much.

My cousin who came with me was not happy that I had encumbered his funds for a Sam show. We had fun, but Hershey 1998 was tens times better and the West Wood One tape proves it.

I also poured beer for the Sam & Dave Tour @ Hershey. That was fun but Dave came on first so I missed most of his set, unfortunately. I do recall his emerald green jumpsuit was badass.

Yes, they sounded great on Stern. Hard to believe Sammy is 76...
