What does he have to do with the Supreme Court allowing lawsuits to proceed. So let’s get back to sports and not make it political.
Nothing political at all. He was an student athlete assistant wrestling coach at Ohio State and has made public comments about the matter in the past.

I believe the words that will repeatedly come from JJ will be “I don’t recall”. That could be a drinking game. Won’t take you long to get slobber-knockered.

OL
One would think. To my recollection, Jordan has spoken about these allegations and denied them. If he goes the “I don’t recall” route, he would likely be asked about these comments. Regardless, OSU will likely settle.

Politico had an article that the report came out that he had no knowledge.

Because he said he had no knowledge or because the facts and timelines show unequivocally that he had no knowledge? Because until the later is clear, he is fair game for questioning. He’ll make a spectacle of it though as he always does because he likes the attention.

The report, produced by outside counsel hired by OSU, said that there was no documentary evidence that Jordan knew of Strauss's actions. Hoewver, same report said that 22 other coaches said they were.. Guess there is at least one advantage for one to have one's head up one's a$$.

Will this receive the ESPN 24/7 coverage treatment?? Abuse of student athletes?? Does anyone care anymore?? Maybe Jim Jordan will chime in.

OSU Cover-up
THE Supreme Court told THE Ohia State to crack open their wallets. THE Big Ten won’t force them to pay $60M though

Twere the NCAA, not the Big Anus (doesn't have any relationship to "Ten" but I like it anyway) that fined PSU $60mm. But don't hold that agin' 'em. PSU gave away almost twice as much all by its lonesome.

Will Penn State ever ask for a refund? Does Neeli got this?

You might want to come back to that question when Jordan is called as a witness in these cases.
Questioned as to what? Was he a witness? Otherwise, he doesn’t have anything of relevance to testify about. But some zealots just can’t stop besting the Jim Jordan dead horse.

See my other post. Stop beating a dead horse. No claims are being made against Jordan.

You should take the advice of raz and not get political. But if any of this does see a courtroom, it's certainly within the realm of possibility Jordan will be called to testify - even if it's for the university and he says, "Nobody told me anything." It's not like he was just some rando university employee. OSU will try to cover its azz as much as possible.

So all coaches are getting called. All the head coaches. Again. There are 230 ? Lawsuits complaints? Against osu. I’m sure that is who they will focus on. No different than what happened at psu.

No, he was not a witness. But he was made aware of it. The plaintiffs' position will be that OSU, in the person of Jordan and others, knew about Strauss and did nothing to stop him.

From JJ's wiki page:

Ohio State coach

Main article: Ohio State University abuse scandal

Jordan was an assistant wrestling coach with Ohio State University's wrestling program from 1987 to 1995.[11]

Richard Strauss was wrestling team physician during Jordan's tenure. In April 2018 Ohio State University began an independent investigation[12] into allegations of sexual misconduct by Strauss.[13][14] Strauss died by suicide in 2005.[15] Several involved persons have stated that Jordan surely knew of Strauss's criminal misconduct but did not report it.[16][17] No wrestlers have accused Jordan himself of sexual misconduct, and he was never arrested or indicted for his alleged failure to report, but four former wrestlers named him as a defendant in a lawsuit against the university.[18][19][20] Jordan has denied any wrongdoing, has refused to cooperate with investigations into Strauss,[21] and has described his accusers as "pawns in a political plot."[22]
