This is a college football message board. It’s where people come to whine and *****. The fact that you were once a high school football coach doesn’t mean you know any more than anyone else. Trust me, it doesn’t. Could be the opposite.

Never a big fan of Clifford. But I always said he was a fine person and a good role model. I’m sure he will be very successful in his future endeavors but probably not in football. Maybe in some front office job. He was always Penn State proud and wish him the very best. Glad he went out with a win

Never ever wanted to tank the season. Just wanted the coach to find ways for Allar to play meaningful snaps. Now we are basically back to square one with a very inexperienced QB. Built in excuse for Franklin
Good for Sean. I am sure 11 wins will get a bunch of 5 stars to come here next year (sarcasm). I think the attendance showed where most PSU fans are: third place sucks and I’m not going to pay for it.
You are forever hopeless. Playing Allar would not have resulted in an 11 win season. The coach has an obligation to every player on the team to play to win. Any clown who thinks that Franklin should have put experience for Allar ahead of putting the best team on the field should be locked in a 6'by 6' room with PJ Mustipher and explain it to him.
We won 11 games with an inexperienced Clifford…we won the Big with an inexperienced McSorley.

He didn’t thank the fans in his Rose Bowl post-game interview. I wasn’t a big fan of him returning but he went out on a high note. Good for him.

56 years I've been a PSU fan. When they booed Cliff it was the first time I was ashamed to be a PSU fan.
The wrestling coach would say, “why in the world would anyone listen to a douchebag who never spent a second on a field coaching football.” But you go ahead and you-be-you… I know I will look forward to all of your knowledgeable opinions!

Making things up and trying to deflect, sound argument. Look we are all happy the team won. But you saw the crowd attendance, Franklin even said it was a Utah home game. People want to compete, they want the football team to be the wrestling team. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. If people see hope in Allar for a chance at a really special season, who cares?
Another guy who makes things up, deflects, and adds in name calling. You had a good run this year on the board. Everyone got your schtick and went along with it. I guess next year you will reverse yourself and become the guy booing Drew on here. Good times.
