there is apparently so much in-fighting in their whole regime (between people inside the school and apparently people outside the school are fighting with each other - read below) that they can't win for losing. The original founders of Forward Rebels are no longer part of it. I really thought Forward Rebels were going about it the right way initially....then the newspaper ad this week reversed my feelings.

"Friends, let me help you out and save you some time. James Harper and
I(David Bridgers) are no longer in the leadership of Forward Rebels. I
have posted what I have to say about that on the Ole Miss Spirit Message
board. If you pull the articles of incorporation, which has been done,
they reflect that we are the incorporators, as we were; however, we have
not been involved in a leadership capacity in over a month. I was under
the impression that the article were being amended. They are being
amended now.
As far as the present Forward Rebels leadership goes, they have a
spokesperson, who is Lee Habeeb. Any questions or concerns you may have
can be directed to him."
"That is all I have to say about Forward Rebels.
Personally, I hope everyone will focus on the important issue at hand,
which is how to make Ole Miss athletics great again. Then decide what
your action is. Once you figure that out, go do something because there
is no shortage of talk and board posts. Moreover, I strongly encourage
you all to focus on supporting our players this weekend. They have a
monumental task ahead of them with Georgia, and they will need
everyone's help. That is all I have to say. Thanks."
