Ok. I am probably beyond a sadist, but I do only enjoy the torture with those that are truly deserving. Saban for example when he comes on down.
But, I thought he was your favorite son, since you bestowed so many favors his way, especially with the refs.

For the record, I did not promise him anything with refs. That was all Birmingham’s doing. I was more there to give a helpful nudge when things got close.

I think we beat the spread only because Manning will have a limited playbook and he will make 1-2 mistakes. VB will make more just being his first game on the road in an environment like that. Our punter will need to ice his leg after this one folks

So they’re suggesting that the difference between Texas and Toledo, our backup qb versus starter, and road versus home field advantage is only a combined 14.5 points?

You can make him watch game film of this season over and over for all eternity. If that doesn't make him wail and gnash his teeth, nothing will.
