I think all the elites have taken a step back this year. Talent is beginning to be come more spread out due to nil and transfers. Georgia last year would beat Georgia this year by 3 touchdowns. Same for Alabama

I think that the SEC and NCAA Playoff committee are about to have some very difficult scenarios. If UGA, UT, and Bama all end up with one loss, who will they take? UT could beat UGA and lose to Bama in the SECC game. UGA could beat UT and lose to Bama in the SECC game. If the winner of the east UGA/UT win the SECC game, then it is a little easier as they should come be undefeated and then the committee has to decide if they want to take a one loss SEC runner up over what's left out there. (Michigan, Ohio State, Clemson. etc.) This could be a real mess. UT is certainly exciting and a big story this year but their rise could make some decisions kind of difficult. There's a lot of football left to be played and injuries happen. If Hooker goes down, then all bets are off. Us or Kentucky could knock them out of the discussion. We'll just have to see how it plays out. Gooo Gamecocks!!

UT winning in Knoxville before 100K plus fans vs Bama, and beating UGA in front of 95K screaming against them is two very different scenarios. UT can score, can they stop a fairly potent UGA offense? UGA gets my nod in Sanford Stadium!!

Hard to say, they have tons of momentum going into that game. My money would be on GA. But TN could win. I’ll be pulling for TN that game.

Probably give the edge to UGA. They have a better D than Bama and the game is in Athens. UT just eked by Bama in Knoxville with a number of impactful, favorable calls from the refs.

That's cogent reasoning.

Yes. The Vols can defeat the Dawgs. Heck, the Vols can even win the SEC Championship too. Sad but True. SIGH.

Whoever can get us the highest finish in the SEC. We have yet to play UT so purely mathematically, we want UGA to beat UT and we beat UT. Stupid reasoning because we aren’t that good or lucky. That will be a big game for them. Let’s win what we can and get a warm weather bowl game!?

I think there is 0% chance they take 3 SEC teams. So Id say the 2 division winners are in. They’d both have 12 wins vs 11 also. Id say especially if UGA is the third team who didnt win their division. The committee and fans dont want yet another Bama/Georgia/Clemson playoff

Tenn. will be able to score with anyone most games. Off games happen...but that offense has proven for over 20 years that it is a force to be reckoned with in collegiate football. Tenn. will also be able to score bunches in short amount of time...so always have a chance. That said...I don't think most defenses can match up to the talent and system GA has in place. They have 3 all Pro (NFL) tight ends on their roster right now. Matchup nightmare.

Possible but unlikely in Athens. Look for UGA to establish the run and keep the ball. Then open up the passing game
